Society De La Rassi New Brood (Vintage 2024) is a gently dealcoholized premium sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The 2024 vintage from a single traditional vineyard in La Mancha (Spain) brings delicate elegance to the glass, with a bouquet of fresh citrus fruits, delicate flowers and a touch of minerality. It presents itself on the palate New brood dry and complex - a taste experience like a first-class champagne, only without alcohol. This fine sparkling wine is the stylish champagne alternative for special moments where enjoyment and class are required.
It is manufactured New brood with the highest standards: The Chardonnay grapes come from a family winery with five generations of winemaking tradition. The wine is then carefully dealcoholized using an innovative vacuum distillation process so that the body and aroma are almost completely preserved. What remains is one non-alcoholic sparkling wine with only 0.5% vol., which gives a real wine feeling without any intoxicating effect. Thanks to sustainable production, this drink is vegan and has a minimal sugar content (approx. 1g per glass) - a conscious one Luxury drink for connoisseurs who don't want to miss out on anything.
