What does “alcohol-free” mean – do the products really contain no alcohol?
According to German food law, a drink with an alcohol concentration of less than 0.5% vol. can be described as "alcohol-free".
In comparison, one liter of apple juice contains around 0.3% alcohol by volume due to natural fermentation.
However, if you want to avoid alcohol completely, we recommend ours 0.0% Vol. - Category.
There you will find drinks in which there is no residual alcohol.

If you are unsure whether you should consume the products during pregnancy, we always recommend that you consult a doctor.
All our products contain less than 0.5% vol., which means that they can also be consumed during pregnancy. Even conventional apple juice can still contain up to 0.3% vol.
If you still want to avoid alcohol completely, we recommend our collection of products with 0.0% vol.

That almost never happens.
We ship our products with certified bottle shipping boxes that optimally protect your orders during shipping.
If something should happen, please contact us Help Center and we will take care of a replacement immediately.

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs.

We ship free of charge within Germany for orders over €69.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping options you select.
The exact amount will be automatically calculated and displayed for you during the ordering process.

Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped.

You can return your order as long as it is unopened and not damaged.
However, please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
If you would like to make an exchange or return, please report your shipment to our Support in the help center.
If you would like to return your order or individual products from it, you have two options:
- Return with DPD:
We will provide you with a DPD return label. After receiving the undamaged goods, we will refund you the purchase price of the returned products. Please note that we Deduct €5.90 for return shipping from the refund amount. - Independent shipping:
You can also send the package back to us using a shipping service provider of your choice. Unfortunately we cannot cover the costs for this.
