Female Founded: Alcohol-free savoir-faire

Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger, director of the Michelin Guide and pregnant with twins at the time, and her long-time friend Constance, a frequently travelling model, met again in Paris in 2019. Both were looking for a more conscious lifestyle amidst their hectic professional activities.

Recognizing the lack of elegant non-alcoholic options at social events, they founded French Bloom, an innovative company specializing in the production of exclusive non-alcoholic sparkling wines.

Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, husband of Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and CEO of Champagne Frerejean Freres, a house based in Avize specializing in Grand Cru and Premier Cru champagnes, brings his know-how to the development of vintages and the technical winemaking necessary to develop the taste architecture of French Bloom.

Carl Héline, former head of Krug Champagne in France and the USA, has embarked on the adventure of this new non-alcoholic innovation and brought with him his knowledge of French savoir-faire in sparkling wine production.

Naturally Excellent

French Bloom has been developed in harmony with nature and contains only the most important and best ingredients. All French Bloom cuvées are made from 100% natural and organic ingredients, resulting in a naturally healthy and low-calorie drink. From the selection of the harvest to bottling, French Bloom is the result of a precise blend of dealcoholized Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines and natural ingredients such as lemon.
French Bloom's non-alcoholic sparkling wines are also free from colorants, preservatives, sulfites and added sugar.

Alcohol-free innovation

More than two years of research and development and several technical innovations were required to achieve the balance and aromatic complexity of the dealcoholized wines Le Blanc and Le Rosé. The team of experts developed new techniques to create a recipe that is as sophisticated as it is unique. To preserve the complexity of the aromas, the wines undergo a manual dealcoholization process that results in an alcohol content of 0.0%. The finest carbon dioxide is added to the non-alcoholic wines gently at the end.

A gourmet experience without alcohol

French Bloom is not just a non-alcoholic alternative to wine and champagne; it was developed to add a special touch to any festive occasion. French Bloom develops its full aroma best when served in a champagne flute at a temperature of 2-4 degrees Celsius, but can also be used as a base for exclusive and complex non-alcoholic cocktails. Numerous sommeliers and mixologists have already included French Bloom in their selection to create innovative and daring recipes.

Wie schmeckt French Bloom im Vergleich zu traditionellem Sekt oder Champagner?

French Bloom orientiert sich an der Eleganz klassischer Champagner – nur ganz ohne Alkohol.

Le Blanc zeichnet sich durch Noten von frischer Birne, weißen Blüten und ein zartes Säurespiel aus. Le Rosé bringt Aromen von roten Beeren, Grapefruit und Rosenblüten mit – lebendig und trocken.

Extra Brut ist die klarste, herbste Variante: besonders trocken, mineralisch, fast salzig.

Und La Cuvée Vintage? Komplex, reif, mit Tiefe – ideal für alle, die klassische Jahrgangs-Champagner mögen.

Le Blanc: (0,75 l & 0, 375 l): floral, frisch, feine Säure
Le Rosé: (0,75 l & 0,375 l): fruchtig-trocken, rote Beeren
Extra Brut (0,75 l): sehr trocken, mineralisch, fast salzig
La Cuvée Vintage (0,75 l): komplex & gereift – erinnert an Jahrgangschampagner

Die kleinen 375 ml-Flaschen (Piccolo) sind perfekt für einzelne Gläser, als Geschenk oder zum Probieren.

Wie sollte French Bloom am besten serviert werden?

French Bloom entfaltet sich am besten bei 2–4 °C – gut gekühlt.

Verwende am besten ein klassisches Sektglas oder eine Weißweintulpe, damit sich die feine Perlage zeigt.

Le Rosé passt perfekt zum Aperitif, Extra Brut harmoniert mit salzigen Snacks oder Austern, und Le Blanc funktioniert auch solo.
