Germany

Shipping is carried out as standard with DPD and costs a flat rate of €5.90 including VAT.

From a gross value of €69, shipping is free with DPD.

Alternatively, we offer shipping with UPS (standard shipping). Here we charge a flat rate of €8.90 including VAT, regardless of the order value.

Note on shipping costs for European islands

An island surcharge applies for deliveries to European islands (e.g. Ibiza, Mallorca, Madeira, Azores, Canary Islands, etc.).
The exact shipping costs are automatically displayed in the checkout as soon as the full delivery address has been entered.

Notes on returns

You have the right unopened and undamaged products within 14 days after receiving the goods to send back. You bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please report your return to us in advance Help Center, so that we can process them quickly.

Return options

  1. Return with DPD (return via SOBERCIETY GmbH)
    – If you wish, we will hire you DPD return label available.
    – After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund you the purchase price of the returned items.
    - The Flat rate shipping fee of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  2. Independent return
    – You can carry out the return yourself using a shipping service provider of your choice.
    – You pay the shipping costs.
    – Send the package to:
