Description

The alcohol-free Blanc de Blanc from the Jörg Geiger manufacturer is an elegant alternative to sparkling wine or champagne - without any alcohol, but with a lot of character.

It is made from Chardonnay and Colombard grapes. After vinification, the organic wine matures in the bottle on the yeast - this creates fine brioche notes and a lively perlage. Only then is it dealcoholized to preserve its aroma so that its full aroma is retained.

The glass shows a bright, shimmering, finely sparkling sparkling wine. On the nose: apple, citrus fruits, white flowers and a hint of caramel. Freshness and elegance combine on the palate - with notes of brioche, apple, lemon and floral hints, supported by a fine acidity.

The Blanc de Blanc is refined with apple, gooseberry and tangerine juice as well as herbs, flowers and spices. The result: a complex non-alcoholic sparkling wine that doesn't have any intrusive sweetness.
