Society De La Rassi Neue Brut (Vintage 2023) is a gently dealcoholized premium sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The 2023 vintage from a single heritage vineyard in La Mancha (Spain) brings finely sparkling elegance to the glass, with a bouquet of fresh citrus fruits, delicate blossoms, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, the Neue Brut presents itself dry and complex – a taste experience like a first-class champagne, only without the alcohol. This noble sparkling wine is the stylish champagne alternative for special occasions that demand enjoyment and class.
This New Brut is crafted to the highest standards: The Chardonnay grapes come from a family vineyard with five generations of winemaking tradition. The wine is then carefully dealcoholized using an innovative vacuum distillation process, ensuring that its body and aroma are almost completely preserved. The result is an alcohol-free sparkling wine with just 0.5% ABV, which offers a true wine experience without the intoxicating effect. Thanks to sustainable production, this wine is vegan and has a minimal sugar content (approx. 1 g per glass) – a conscious luxury drink for connoisseurs who don't want to miss out on anything.
