Description

This non-alcoholic pear sparkling wine is something very special - finely bubbled, dry-looking and with a taste that lasts for a long time. The basis: the rare one Champagne roasted pear. For over 200 years it has been considered one of the best wine pears ever. Today it grows on standard trees that are over 100 years old in the Swabian WiesenObst region.

After the harvest, the pears are hand-picked and ripened using a traditional process - this adds depth and aroma. The juice then undergoes two fermentations directly in the bottle, just like real champagne. The sparkling wine is stored on the yeast for over three years and develops its fine brioche notes and a creamy perlage.

Only then is the pear sparkling wine made alcohol-free made – particularly gently so that the full aroma remains. The nose reveals fresh and dried pears, white flowers, a hint of dried fruit and brioche. On the palate it appears clear and structured: with subtle sweetness, lively acidity and a touch of tannin in the aftertaste.

The composition is rounded off with juice from very ripe pears, herbs and spices. The result: an alcohol-free sparkling wine with character - elegant, balanced and surprisingly deep.

Ideal as an aperitif or with fine fish dishes. Best served at 8–10°C in a champagne glass.
