Temperamentvoll, kräftig und jugendlich zugleich: Der Kolonne Null Tempranillo entführt dich direkt ins Herz Spaniens, auf die sonnige Hochebene La Meseta. Dunkle Frucht- und Beerenaromen – Pflaume, Schwarzkirsche, Brombeere – verbinden sich mit feinen Pfeffernoten und dezenten Barriqueanklängen zu einem alkoholfreien Rotwein mit echtem Charakter und spürbarer Struktur.
Kolonne Null, Berliner Pionier für alkoholfreie Premiumweine, arbeitet für diesen Tempranillo mit dem renommierten Weingut Mas Que Vinos in der spanischen Hochebene zusammen. Die Rebsorten Tempranillo und Syrah werden traditionell gekeltert und anschließend im hauseigenen Labor schonend im Vakuumverfahren entalkoholisiert – so bleiben Frucht, Würze und Komplexität erhalten. Biologischer Weinbau, vegan, glutenfrei und natürlich kalorienarm.
So servierst du den Kolonne Null Tempranillo:
Bei 15–18 °C leicht gekühlt servieren – das hält die Frucht präzise und macht den Wein frischer. Passt hervorragend zu Delikatessen vom Grill, Risotto, Pastavariationen mit Tomate, Tapas oder Ofengemüse.
