Cold percolation extracts Le Tribute Indian Ginger, with its properties and flavors being retained with a touch of heat. By cooking the ginger, the gingerol molecules are converted into shogaol, which gives it a spicy taste. The soft, long-lasting carbon dioxide is achieved by gentle carbonization and cooling of the liquid to 2 ° C before bottling.
