What does “alcohol-free” mean - do the products really contain no alcohol?
According to German food law, a beverage with an alcohol concentration of less than 0.5% vol. may be described as "alcohol-free".
In comparison, one liter of apple juice contains about 0.3% alcohol by volume due to natural fermentation.
However, if you want to avoid alcohol completely, we recommend our 0.0% vol. category .
There you will find drinks that do not contain any residual alcohol.
Are the products suitable for pregnant women?
If you are unsure whether you should consume the products during pregnancy, we always recommend that you consult a doctor.
All our products contain less than 0.5% ABV, which means they can be consumed during pregnancy. Even a regular apple juice can still contain up to 0.3% ABV.
If you still want to avoid alcohol completely, we recommend our collection of products with 0.0% vol.
Are organic products also offered?
We also offer non-alcoholic organic products. Please look for the product icons on the product cards.

How can I place an order?
To place an order at SOBERCIETY, simply select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
You can then review and pay for your order.
What payment options does SOBERCIETY offer?
We accept a variety of payment methods. We accept almost all credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.

What happens if my order breaks en route?
We ship our products in certified bottle shipping boxes, so such incidents almost never occur with us.
If something does happen, please contact our Help Center and we will take care of the replacement.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of return shipping.

How quickly will I receive my order?
You will usually receive your order within 3-4 working days from the time of ordering.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we have processed and packaged your order, you will receive a tracking link via email that you can use to track your delivery.

Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 69€.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping options you select.
The exact amount will be automatically calculated and displayed for you during the ordering process.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as your order has not been processed and shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible through the Help Center to make any changes.
I want to return my package, what do I have to do?
You can return your order as long as it is unopened and not damaged.
Please note, however, that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.

To delete your account:
- Go to Customer Service Center .
- Select the reason “Customer account” .
- Write in the message field that you want to delete your account.
- Send the request.
Typically, your account will be deleted within 24 hours.
