What does “alcohol-free” mean - do the products really contain no alcohol?
According to German food law, a beverage with an alcohol concentration of less than 0.5% vol. may be described as "alcohol-free".
In comparison, one liter of apple juice contains about 0.3% alcohol by volume due to natural fermentation.
However, if you want to avoid alcohol completely, we recommend our 0.0% vol. category .
There you will find drinks that do not contain any residual alcohol.

If you are unsure whether you should consume the products during pregnancy, we always recommend that you consult a doctor.
All our products contain less than 0.5% ABV, which means they can be consumed during pregnancy. Even a regular apple juice can still contain up to 0.3% ABV.
If you still want to avoid alcohol completely, we recommend our collection of products with 0.0% vol.

That almost never happens.
We ship our products in certified bottle shipping boxes that provide optimal protection for your orders during shipping.
If something does happen, please contact our Help Center and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of return shipping.

Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 69€.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping options you select.
The exact amount will be automatically calculated and displayed for you during the ordering process.

Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as your order has not been processed and shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible through the Help Center to make any changes.

You can return your order as long as it is unopened and not damaged.
Please note, however, that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please report your shipment to our support team in the Help Center.
If you would like to return your order or individual products, you have two options:
- Return with DPD:
We will provide you with a DPD return label. Upon receipt of the undamaged goods, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. Please note that we will deduct €5.90 for return shipping from the refund amount. - Independent shipping:
You can also return the package to us using a shipping service of your choice. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for this.
