LE TRIBUTE's Ginger Ale uses a special ginger cooking process that transforms ginger molecules, providing sweetness and freshness. Natural lemongrass flavouring enhances the drink's distinctive taste, which is ideal for complementing (non-alcoholic) whiskey, bourbon, rum and tequila flavours. The drink's sustained fizziness results from cooling the liquid to 2°C before bottling. This careful process creates a ginger ale with a perfect balance of spicy ginger, lemongrass and a refreshing fizz.
