Dry, non-alcoholic wine mix inspired by a classic French Chardonnay with notes of citrus fruits, green apples and pears, combined with a pleasant minerality and a light oak finish.

GRAPES
100% Chardonnay grapes from the Carinena region of Aragon in Spain. The grapes are grown at high altitudes, which means they ripen slowly, maintaining acidity and creating a fresher wine.
