An alcohol-free alternative to natural wine that defies conventional thinking: Balade Minérale Blanc from Fruitslagers combines wild-fermented organic grapes with maritime botanicals for a new, salty, mineral taste experience. Chardonnay and Pecorino aren't simply dealcoholized—they're fermented, infused, clarified, and served with a fine sparkling finish.
The texture is reminiscent of natural wine , the aroma of sea breezes: oyster shells, dulse seaweed, and Douglas fir needles provide depth, while the citrus freshness of the grapes remains intact. On the palate, it is complex and surprisingly dry, with light perlage and subtle acidity.
Perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, raw fish or salty cheese.
