Cul Sec Rouge En Voiture Rouge by Fruitslagers is a non-alcoholic natural wine alternative that deliberately sets itself apart from traditional wine. Developed without dealcoholization, this unfiltered and unpasteurized drink is made from fermented fruits, herbs, and bitters – with a complex structure, completely alcohol-free.
In the glass, it presents a deep red color with notes of dark berries, elderberry, and delicate herbs. The palate is dry, tart, and complex, with gentle tannins and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. This alcohol-free composition is reminiscent of natural wine or a lambic .
