Instead of relying on dealcoholization, the Fruitslagers compose their drinks from scratch: using macerations, teas and fermented herbs, they create a drink that is more reminiscent of you Natural wine with smoke reminiscent of a classic wine alternative.
On the palate, the Fumé Orange has fine bitter notes, distinctive smoke, orange peel, mace and a lively, tart freshness. An excellent alternative to Natural Wine for anyone looking for more than just fruit and sweetness.
