Cul Sec Rouge En Voiture Rouge from Fruitslagers is one alcohol-free natural wine alternative, which deliberately sets itself apart from classic wine. Developed without dealcoholization, this unfiltered and unpasteurized drink is made from fermented fruits, herbs and bitter substances - with a complex structure, without any alcohol.
In the glass it appears deep red - with notes of dark berries, elderberry and fine herbs. The taste is dry, tart and complex - with gentle tannins and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. This alcohol-free composition is reminiscent of Natural wine or one Lambic.
