Cul Sec Rouge En Voiture Rouge from Fruitslagers is a non-alcoholic natural wine alternative, which deliberately sets itself apart from classic wine. Developed without dealcoholization, this unfiltered and unpasteurized drink is made from fermented fruits, herbs, and bitter substances – with a complex structure, completely alcohol-free.
In the glass, it appears deep red – with notes of dark berries, elderflower, and delicate herbs. The palate is dry, tart, and complex – with gentle tannins and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. This alcohol-free composition is reminiscent of natural wine or a Lambic.
