A non-alcoholic orange winealternative with edge: Le Table Smère Orange by Fruitslagers combines fermented grapes, smoked tea, and citrus zest to create a multifaceted experience – unfiltered, bitter, and structured. Instead of relying on dealcoholization, the Fruitslagers compose their drinks from scratch: With macerations, teas, and fermented herbs, a drink is created that is more reminiscent of a natural wine with smoke reminiscent of a classic wine alternative.
On the palate, the Fumé Orange presents itself with fine bitter notes, distinctive smoke, orange peel, mace and a lively, tart freshness. An excellent alternative to natural wine for those looking for more than fruit and sweetness.
Ideal as Food companion with grilled food, fermented vegetables, smoky dishes or simply on its own in a large glass with time.
