This non-alcoholic pear sparkling wine is something very special – finely sparkling, dry and with a taste that lingers. The basis: the rare Champagne roasted pearFor over 200 years, it has been considered one of the finest wine pears. Today, it grows on over 100-year-old standard trees in the Swabian WiesenObst region.

After the harvest, the pears are hand-picked and ripened using a traditional method, which adds depth and flavor. The juice then undergoes two fermentations directly in the bottle, just like real champagne. The sparkling wine ages on its lees for over three years, developing its delicate brioche notes and creamy perlage.

Only then is the pear sparkling wine alcohol-free Made with particular care to preserve the full aroma. The nose reveals fresh and dried pears, white blossoms, a hint of dried fruit, and brioche. On the palate, it is clear and structured: with subtle sweetness, lively acidity, and a hint of tannin on the finish.

The composition is rounded off with the juice of very ripe pears, herbs, and spices. The result: a non-alcoholic sparkling wine with character – elegant, balanced, and surprisingly deep.

Ideal as an aperitif or with fine fish dishes. Best served in a champagne glass at 8–10°C.
