Bouche Sour B - Limited Edition

Inspired by sour beers, SOUR B uniquely blends traditional lambic and sour beer techniques with BOUCHE's signature kombucha starter to create an outstanding non-alcoholic beverage.

Lambic, a type of sour beer, is characterized by the use of wild yeast during the fermentation process, which gives the beer its distinctive, dry, and sour flavor. BOUCHE's proprietary starter culture is also based on wild yeast. Through the harmonious combination of Southern malt, black tea, and the starter culture, BOUCHE brews the delicious non-alcoholic SOUR B, reminiscent of traditional lambics.

Important storage information: This product should be refrigerated at a temperature of 2-7 degrees Celsius. If stored without refrigeration, increased carbon dioxide and possibly small amounts of alcohol will develop. We therefore do not recommend this product for pregnant women or people who want to avoid alcohol, even in small amounts.
