Lambic, a type of sour beer, is characterized by the use of wild yeast during the fermentation process, which gives the beer its distinctive dry and sour taste. The starter culture specially developed by BOUCHE is also based on wild yeast. Through the harmonious combination of southern malt, black tea and the starter culture, BOUCHE brews the delicious non-alcoholic SOUR B, which is reminiscent of traditional lambics.
Important storage information: This product should be refrigerated at a temperature of 2-7 degrees Celsius. If stored without refrigeration, increased carbon dioxide and possibly small amounts of alcohol will develop. We therefore do not recommend this product for pregnant women or people who want to avoid alcohol even in small quantities.
