Society De La Rassi New Breed (Vintage 2023) is a gently dealcoholized premium sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The 2023 vintage from a single traditional vineyard in La Mancha (Spain) brings finely sparkling elegance to the glass, with a bouquet of fresh citrus fruits, delicate blossoms, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, the New brood Dry and complex – a taste experience like a first-class champagne, only without the alcohol. This fine sparkling wine is the stylish champagne alternative for special occasions that demand enjoyment and class.
The New brood with the highest standards: The Chardonnay grapes come from a family vineyard with five generations of winemaking tradition. The wine is then carefully dealcoholized using an innovative vacuum distillation process, so that body and aroma are almost completely preserved. What remains is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine With only 0.5% vol., it offers a real wine experience without the intoxicating effect. Thanks to sustainable production, this wine is vegan and has a minimal sugar content (approx. 1 g per glass) – a conscious Luxury drink for connoisseurs who don't want to miss out on anything.
