Bouche SOUR B - Limited Edition

Inspired by sour beers, SOUR B uniquely combines traditional lambic and sour beer techniques with BOUCHE's signature kombucha starter to create a standout non-alcoholic beverage.

Lambic, a type of sour beer, is characterized by the use of wild yeast during the fermentation process, giving the beer its distinctive, dry and sour taste. The starter culture specially developed by BOUCHE is also based on wild yeast. Through the harmonious combination of southern malt, black tea and the starter culture, BOUCHE brews the delicious non-alcoholic SOUR B, which is reminiscent of traditional lambics.

Important Storage Information: This product should be refrigerated at a temperature of 2-7 degrees Celsius. If stored not refrigerated, increased amounts of carbon dioxide and possibly small amounts of alcohol develop. We therefore do not recommend this product for pregnant women or people who want to avoid alcohol even in small quantities.
