The nose reveals yellow fruits like peach and passion fruit. On the palate, a lively acidity complements the juicy fruit, carried by a hint of umami on the finish. The fine carbonation provides additional freshness and underlines the typically dry character.

Vinified from German Riesling grapes, gently dealcoholized, and refined with concentrated grape must – for a harmonious, structured flavor profile without alcohol.
