Description
The alcohol-free Blanc de Blanc from the Jörg Geiger manufactory is an elegant alternative to sparkling wine or champagne – completely alcohol-free, but with plenty of character.
It is made from Chardonnay and Colombard grapes. After vinification, the organic wine matures in the bottle on the lees, creating delicate brioche notes and a lively effervescence. Only then is it dealcoholized, which preserves its full aroma.
In the glass, a bright, shimmering, finely bubbled sparkling wine appears. On the nose: apple, citrus fruits, white blossoms, and a hint of caramel. On the palate, freshness and elegance combine – with notes of brioche, apple, lemon, and floral hints, supported by a delicate interplay of acidity.
The Blanc de Blanc is refined with apple, gooseberry, and tangerine juice, as well as herbs, blossoms, and spices. The result: a complex non-alcoholic sparkling wine that is entirely without overly sweet notes.
