THE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 6 cLNONA Spritz
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cL sugar syrup
  • 2 drops of orange blossom water
  • 1 egg white (or aquafaba: vegan)
  • ice cubes

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with a few ice cubes.
  2. Shake the shaker for 10 seconds.
  3. Open the shaker and add a little more ice.
  4. Shake again for 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a glass without ice.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest.
