THE RECIPE

Ingredients

6 cLNONA Spritz
3 cl lemon juice
2 cL sugar syrup
2 drops of orange blossom water
1 egg white (or aquafaba: vegan)
ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a shaker with a few ice cubes.
Shake the shaker for 10 seconds.
Open the shaker and add a little more ice.
Shake again for 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a glass without ice.
Garnish with lemon zest.
