In the idyllic commune of Gensac-la-Pallue, located in the renowned region of Cognac, spring water is used as the starting point for this alcohol-free sparkling wine. As a tribute to the local roots, white grape juice is carefully added, complemented by the sweetness of the alcohol-free Chardonnay wine. A touch of lime juice gives the drink a refreshing acidity, while all ingredients are organically grown. The result is a sparkling delight with fruity-tropical nuances and floral aromas, underlined by a golden shimmer in the glass.
